1 lb. ground beef
1 ( 8”) pkg. flour tortilla shells (at room temperature)
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in enchilada sauce and refried beans. Place a large spoonful of meat mixture on corner of shell, roll up and place in 9x13” baking pan. Continue procedure with all shells. Pour remaining meat mixture over rolled, filled enchaladas. Spread cheese over top. Bake at 350º for 25 min. until cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream.
