Party Chicken Lasagna Recipe

8 oz. lasagna noodles (cook until tender, drain and rinse in cold water)

1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup.
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
Mix above ingredients and heat.

2 3oz. pkg or 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 t. minced parsley or dried flakes
Beat cheeses together, stir in remainder of ingredients.

3 c. or more diced cooked chicken, turkey or ham.

Buttered bread crumbs to cover bottom of pan 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 dish. Put half noodles in pan. Spread with half cheese mixture, then half the meat, then half the coup mixture. Repeat the layers and to with crumbs

Bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Trim with pimento, let stand 10 minutes before serving

This recipe can be made into two smaller casseroles. Can be frozen ahead then baked a little longer to heat them through.
