½ stick of butter
½ stick Jimmy Deans sausage
1 package large mushrooms
½ C bread crumbs
¼ C chicken Broth
salt & pepper to taste
fresh garlic

Directions:
Directions:
wipe mushrooms clean
remove stems and chop (stems)
saute sausage, butter, mushroom stems and garlic
add bread crumbs, chicken broth, salt & pepper
fill mushroom caps and bake till caps are soft and heated through.

It doesn't say but I think these may have been topped with cheese before baking - anyone remember?

Some of this is a guess so if anyone has a copy of the recipe and is differs let me know. What I had was written on an envelope and then torn in half.
