1 stick of butter (melted)
1 block of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 block of Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
1 block of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cups of milk
½ cup of sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
Adobo© Seasoning Mix to flavor

Pasta: Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rapid boil. Add macaroni and salt, cook for 7 minutes or until noodles are tender. Drain well and return to pot.

Shred cheeses

Melt butter in a small saucepan/microwave. In a mixing bowl combine: milk, eggs, butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and Adobo. Beat well. Combine with pasta in a baking disk.

Gradually add shredded cheese to baking dish while stirring in with pasta. Place a little bit of shredded cheese on top. Bake for 30-35 mins or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly.
