3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
5 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; beat until smooth. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full and bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and when cake sinks, top with the following mixture:
Mix together:
1 (16 ounce) sour cream
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put back in oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove and when cool, top with cherries, strawberries or whatever fruit desired.
