2 lb Lean Ground Beef
2 tbsp Curing Salt
tsp Garlic Powder
tsp Onion Powder
tsp Liquid Smoke
to c Water
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, then form into rolls.
Cover & store in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Place rolls on a rack inside of a baking pan
Bake at 300 for 1 hours
Turn rolls every 30 minutes.
