Chicken or beef boullion
flour
cold water
chicken or beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
After meat is roasted remove from pan
Strain remaining liquid - and put this back in roasting pan discarding what lumps strained out.
Put pan on stove over med heat and add 1 cup chicken or beef broth(if chicken or turkey use chicken broth if beef roast use beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Put 2 cups cold water and 1 cup flour in a blender shaker cup and shake really well.
Gradually add this to the pan stirring constantly and bring back to a simmer
Stir in about a tablespoon of the boullion base and continue to simmer until it thickens some

Well now I think we have it figured out and he has to admit it's pretty good.
