3 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup water
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup carrots
1/4 cup onion
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, water, celery, onion, parsley, seasonings and bouillon. Cover, simmer 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually again add flour mixture to hot vegetables, stirring mixture until it boils and thickens. Add cheese, stir until melted.
