Chocolate Rum Cake Recipe

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (not extra butter)
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 small package chocolate instant pudding
1 c. water
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. pecans


3/8 c. white rum
1/8 c. water
1 stick butter

Grease and flour bundt pan. (I just spray) Sprinkle 1/4 c. nuts and 1/4 c. chocolate chips on bottom of pan.

Combine all ingredients for the cake. Mix with mixer until smooth. Bake at 325 for one hour. (50 minute is what I do.) Combine all ingredients for glaze and simmer 2 - 3 minutes. Pour hot over cake to cool in pan for 30 minutes.
