1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
2 c. milk

Preheat over to 425º
Beat all together in mixer*
Grease 2 muffin tins very well (really thick!) and put in oven until you begin to smell the grease burning. Then take out one at a time and quickly pour batter into cups, filling each about 1/2 full.
Bake for 15 minutes without peeking. Then reduce heat to 300º and continue baking 10-15 minutes more.
After 15 minutes you can look. They are done when golden brown. They get drier as they cook so see how you like them. They are just a little soft inside if you take them out after 25 minutes
