1 lb hamburger
1 sm diced onion
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1 pkg McCormick spaghetti sauce
1 sm can tomato paste plus 1 can water
1 med can tomato sauce
cup salsa
1 lb elbow macaroni
hot sauce
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Start water and 1 tbsp salt to boil for the macaroni. Brown the hamburger and onion in a large skillet, add garlic last. Add packaged mix, tomato paste, water, sauce, and salsa. When macaroni is done al dente, drain but don't rinse and add to hamburger mixture. Pass salsa or hot sauce at the table. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
