Ingredients:  
3 c. heavy cream
6 egg yolks, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp vanilla
2 oz Grand Marnier

Directions:
Directions:
Bring cream and vanilla to a boil. Blend eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Add to cream mixture. Cook until slightly thickened. Be careful not to curdle! Add Grand Marnier and serve
