Ingredients:  
Chicken ( I use 1 full bone in breast that has both breasts on it) Boil it covered in water for about 45 min. to an hour until fully cooked. Set out on a plate to cool.
1/2 cup or a little more chopped celery
1 box medium sized shell macaroni - cooked and drained and rinsed good in cold water
1 cup frozen peas boiled for just a minute and drained and rinsed in cold water(you don't want them fully cooked)
2 cups hellmans mayo
1 cup Pecans toasted in a little butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut your chicken into bite size pieces
Mix chicken celery and pasta with the mayo
Gently stir in peas
Season with salt and pepper
Chill
Mix in pecans right before serving
