¼ cup margarine, melted
7 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup white sugar
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 French loaf, sliced about 1" thick

Directions:
Directions:
Pour margarine onto a baking sheet or a 13" x 9" pan. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Dip both sides of bread into the egg mixture. Lay on baking sheet. Pour remaining mixture over top. Cover and store in the fridge overnight (can also be frozen at this stage). Uncover and bake at 450º for 20 - 25 minutes. Dust with icing sugar.
