Custard:
1 8" Vanilla Wafer pie shell
1 can 14 oz. Condensed Milk
1/2 cup squeezed Lemon Juice - or bottled
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 egg yokes beaten

Meringue:
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. Cream of Tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Custard: Mix milk, lemon juice, zest, beaten eggs together and pour into crust.
Meringue: Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and continue to whip until meringue stands in stiff peaks. Bake at 350 until brown. (about 20-25 minutes)
