3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
4 cups cake flour
1 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
7 egg whites
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla

Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another, and put just the butter and sugar in your electric mixing bowl to start.

Cream butter and sugar
Add your dry ingredient bowl(all of it) and 1/2 of your wet ingredient bowl and mix at medium speed for about 4 minutes, scrapping down sides every minute
Add the rest of the wet a little at a time until well incorporated

Put in greased cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
