12 bibb lettuce leaves
1½ lbs lean beef or ground turkey
½ cup shredded carrot
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger root
4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and diced
4 green onions, sliced
½ cup chopped snow peas
⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesami oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef or turkey and carrot over medium heat 10 minutes, drain. Add ginger and garlic, cook 1 minute longer. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat through, divide among lettuce leaves, drizzle with additional hoisin sauce if desired. Fold lettuce over filing.
