Ingredients:  
4 bacon strips or ham
2 c. croutons
1 c. cheddar chese
4 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine croutons & cheese and place on bottom of baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard and mix until well blended.
Pour over croutons and cook bacon till crisp, crumble and toss over top of ingredients.
Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
