Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Medium size pork tenderloin
Coffee bbq rub (from spice shop In breck)
2 cups red wine (Merlot is my favorite)
Butter
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat tenderloin in olive oil then season well with coffee bbq rub. Sear on all sides 4-5 minutes or until brown and slightly crunchy. Once all sides are seared place pork in a crock pot and deglaze skillet with a little merlot, cook for a few minutes scraping the pan to get the brown bits off. Pour the drippings and additional Merlot over the pork tenderloin in the crockpot and cook on low 8+ hours.
When it’s done remove pork and strain all juice in the crock pot to make gravy You can dilute the juices with water if you need to make more gravy
