4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
4 Large jalapeno peppers, spit in half and seeds and membranes removed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 T sweet rug of your choice
12 pieces bacon
2 T sweet rub of your choice
½ C of BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat smoker to 250º.

1. In small bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and the 1 T of sweet rub. Fill each popper with cheese
then press them back together.

2. Slice the chicken breast open without slicing them all the way through. Set one popper inside of each of the breast
and fold them closed.

3. Wrap each breast with about 3 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if you have to.

4. Season each bacon wrapped breast on all sides with the sweet rub of your choice.

5. Place chicken on smoker. Smoke chicken for around an hour and a half.

Let rest 10 minutes.
