6-7 boneless, skinless chicken breast (3 lbs)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
1 (8 oz) dry cornbread stuffing mix
2/3 cup margarine or butter (1 1/2 stick)
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and boil until done. Place in a 9 by 13 baking pan or dish. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Top with stuffing mix. Melt the butter or margarine and mix with chicken broth, Pour over all. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
