Preheat oven to 350º Spray potato casserole and lid with cooking spray

4 baking potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp flour, heaping
1 1/2-2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium pot. Add flour and mix until smooth and bubbly. Add milk and heat until slightly thickened.
Place a layer of potatoes in casserole, add onions. Repeat until all potatoes and onions are added. Slowly pour milk mixture over potatoes. Cover and bake at least 1 1/2 hrs or until potatoes are done and slightly browned.

If casserole is not browning, remove cover last half hour. Check carefully.
