3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 packet rapid rise yeast
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour with yeast and salt in a stand mixer and stir until combined. Combine water, milk, honey and oil and heat until very warm but not hot.
Add water mixture to the flour mixture
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
Add 1 cup of flour and beat 2 minutes at high speed Add enough flour to form a ball Knead flour 6-8 minutes (can use dough hook in kitchen aid mixer) then cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes Roll dough to 12x7 rectangle with rolling pin then roll into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan Let rise covered with a towel for 1 hour Bake @375 for 35-45 minutes

*I usually tent with foil halfway through baking to prevent it from getting too hard for the kids to want to eat!
