Beat 2 minutes at medium speed
Add 1 cup of flour and beat 2 minutes at high speed Add enough flour to form a ball Knead flour 6-8 minutes (can use dough hook in kitchen aid mixer) then cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes Roll dough to 12x7 rectangle with rolling pin then roll into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan Let rise covered with a towel for 1 hour Bake @375 for 35-45 minutes

*I usually tent with foil halfway through baking to prevent it from getting too hard for the kids to want to eat!
