1 envelop Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1 cup water
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 cups frozen assorted vegetables, partially thawed and drained.
hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet , blend soup mix with water. Bring to a boil, then continue boiling, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Add chicken and vegetables to skillet. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over hot rice. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
