5 eggs
⅔ C milk
¼ tsp pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1½ to 2 C chopped vegetables
½ C cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease a 9" pie plate.

Chope vegetables into bite size pieces.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs, mlk, and salt and pepper.

Spread vegetables across the bottom of the pie plate.

Slowly pour egg mixture into the pan.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until set. Cool slightly before cutting.
