2 sticks butter
1 C brown sugar
½ C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1½ C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3 C oatmeal
1 C raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

1. Beat butter and both sugars until creamy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
4. Stir in oatmeal and raisins.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes.
7. Cool one minute before removing from cookie sheet.

For lazy days you can make bar cookies out of these.
Grease a 13x9" pan. Spread cookie dough evenly in pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
