2 sticks butter
1 C brown sugar
6 T sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
tsp salt
tsp baking soda
1 C flour
2 C oats
1 C coconut
12 oz / 2 C chocolate chunks
Optional: C chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Beat butter and sugars on high until fluffy. Add eggs and beat until blended. Beat in vanilla, baking soda and add flour at low speed. Stir in oats, coconut, chocolate chunks and almonds.

Arrange C mounds, 3 inches apart, pat down to " thick.

Bake 15-18 minutes.
