Ingredients:  
1 pkg. of pinto beans
1 pkg. of red hot sausage links
1 c. of uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Turn heat off, cover, and let set for 1 hour.
Chop up sausage links and add to beans.
Salt & pepper to taste and add more water if needed.
Cook until beans are done.
Cook rice.
Serve over rice.
