Deer steak cut up and tenderized
Flour
Egg
Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderized steak in salt water overnight
In the morning, pour milk into a bowl and beat 1 or 2 eggs i it
Take deer steak out of salt water and place put into milk
Let it set in fridge
Pour self-rising flour into a shallow bowl or pie plate and add seasoning to it
Take deer steak out and roll it in the flour
Fry in hot oil until brown

*you can use whatever seasoning you want to besides salt and pepper
