1 package frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup uncooked rice
cup chopped onion
1 8-oz package Velveeta, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook the rice. Melt the butter and cook onion in it til clear. Add soup. Add cheese and cook til it melts. Stir in broccoli and rice. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
