1 lb spinach, washed and torn
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 lb bacon, fried crisp,then crumbled
2-3 boiled eggs, shelled and chopped

Dressing:
1 c oil
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c catsup
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix dressing 24 hours prior to serving.

Mix salad ingredients, then dress salad.
