1/2 lb spinach
1 1/2 c celery, chopped
1/2 c white onions, chopped
3 c cheddar cheese, shredded
4 egss, hard-boiled, shelled and chopeed
1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp

Dressing:
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry spinach leaves.
Mix dressing ingredients.

Toss spinach, celery,onions, eggs cheese and bacon. Dress salad
