"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
I was out of Bloody Mary mix one Sunday morning with the Chiefs game impending, and I put this mix together as a really good substitute for the store bought stuff, which is loaded with sodium. The V-8 juice gives the mix a "loaded" quality, and the Old Bay seasoning and horseradish really make it unique. You can reduce the salt ingredients if you want to cut back the sodium. Add infused vodka (about 3:1 ratio) and garnish with a crisp bacon strip, celery. and deli pickle for a great tailgate beverage.
