⅓ c ice water
⅔ c butter flavored shortening
½ tsp salt
1½ c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in ice water with a fork until dough holds together. Form into two balls. (Note: Handling too much makes dough tough). Roll out on a lightly floured canvas. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prick the bottom of pastry all over with a fork. Line the pastry with parchment paper; fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake until pastry begins to color around the edges, about 30 minutes.
