4 large tomatoes, tops removed and hollowed out
Tomato Guts (what you hollowed out of the tomatoes)
4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg softened cream cheese
4 Tbsp your favorite BBQ sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Oven 400º (if not using grill)

Mix cream cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt and pepper in stand mixer until well blended. Add tomato guts and stir.

Cut a small sliver off the bottom of each tomato (so it sits flat) and stuff each to the brim with 1/4 c of this mixture..Add 1/4 c cheese to the top. Grill on indirect heat, with lid on, until tomato is soft and cheese is meltd, about 12-16 minures. Allow to cool and enjoy

You may also bake this in the oven at 400º for 15 minutes.

One day when Jordan was grilling and he didn't want to waste a shole heap of charcoal he heated. He said "Hey! What else can we grill?" So, I pulled a bunch of stuff out of the fridge, threw it together and it's become a family staple of ours.
