16 oz can chickpeas
4 oz (¼ c) oiive oil
Juice of 2-3 lemons
2 cloves of garlic
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 C Tahini (stir up jar to mix in oil)

Blend in food processor on high til consistency appears like thick mayonnaise. Top with chopped parsley & paprika.
