10 lbs whole onions, quartered or small Vidalia onions
10 lbs small new red potatoes
32 two-inch corn on the cob
10 lbs smoked Andouille sausage
2 -4 stalks of celery
2 bags of Crab Boil Seasonings
1 cup dry Ole Bay seasoning
8 cloves whole garlic
3 lbs butter

Procedure:
1. Bring water, seasonings (Ole Bay, garlic, 2 bags of Crab Boil, celery) and butter to boil.
2. Add sausage and corn and cook 15 minutes.
3. Add potatoes and onions, cook until potatoes are tender.
4. Add fresh shrimp in shell. Cook only 4-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook.
5. Turn off the cooker. Serve.

Per adult: 6 oz shrimp/crayfish
