Boil a couple of chicken breasts or chicken pieces, remove when done and cut into 1 pieces.

Directions:

Chop carrots, celery and onions and cook in chicken broth. Add chopped chicken and another can or 2 of chicken broth and some water and heat to a boil. Take a can of biscuits and pitch small pieces off and drop in broth and cook while stirring until dumplings are plump and done.
