Boil a couple of chicken breasts or chicken pieces, remove when done and cut into 1” pieces.
Chop carrots, celery and onions and cook in chicken broth. Add chopped chicken and another can or 2 of chicken broth and some water and heat to a boil. Take a can of biscuits and pitch small pieces off and drop in broth and cook while stirring until dumplings are plump and done.
