7 oz. spaghetti
1/2 large onion
2 garlic cloves
1.5 oz. sliced black olives
7 oz. artichoke hearts
1/2 cup cooked chickpeas (I use canned)
2 Tbsp. capers
6 oz. canned diced tomatoes
1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt
1 1/2 cups veggie broth

(optional: browned ground turkey)

Directions:
Cook the pasta following package instructions. In a skillet, saute the onion until translucent. Add the spices and the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and serve. Enjoy!
