3 cups Bisquick
1 pound hot sausage
10 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well with your hands and form into small balls (approx. 1 diameter)
2. Bake at 350 F 12 to 15 minutes.
3. Can be frozen on a cookie sheet, then put into a plastic bag for storage.
