Cake:
3 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
2 c ground zucchini (rind, seeds & all) pack cup tightly
2 c flour
t baking powder
2 t soda
1 t salt
3 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon
1 cup nuts

Glaze:
1 c sugar
c canned milk
3/4 stick margarine
1 t vanilla

Cake:
Beat eggs then add oil, sugar and zucchini
then add all other ingredients.
Bake in 9"x13" cake pan for 35 min. at 350

Glaze:
Combine ingredients and boil for 2 min. and pour over hot cake
