Mustard Based Version


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 lb boiled potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 boiled eggs chopped
1 medium onion diced
4 medium dill pickles diced
1 c mayonnaise
c yellow mustard
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix until well-combined and creamy. Add more mayonnaise and mustard depending on tastes.

Note: Make-Ahead and store potato salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
 

Vinegar Based Version


Ingredients:

c white vinegar

Combine all ingredients together and mix until well-combined and creamy. Add more vinegar, depending on tastes.
