1 -2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder (optional but good!)
1/2 c. milk
butter
cheddar cheese & friend onions

Directions:
Directions:
Partially cook chicken breasts in water with bone and skin still on.

Cook frozen broccoli spears till slightly done and lay on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

Add salt and pepper and dot with butter. Lay chicken, broken up into pieces, over broccoli.

Mix soups, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, and milk and pour mixture over chicken.

Sprinkle with cheese and friend onions. Bake at 350º for 1/2 to 3/4 hour or until bubbly.

On one of my first trips to Doylestown to meet the Faunce Family, Nana served this dish with Pepperidge Farm crusty rolls. It was delicious!
