1 lb ground chuck
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp oregano
1 medium onion
2 T parsley
1 tsp basil
1 lb mozzarella cheese
C grated parmesan
1 lb Ricotta cheese or 12 oz cottage cheese with 1 egg.
12 oz canned peeled tomatoes
C water
2 tsp salt
2 cans of tomato paste
tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat meat, spices, tomatoes and water for 1 hours.

Cook lasagna, rinse in cold water.

In 13 x 9 x 2 pan, layer lasagna, mozzarella, ricotta, tomato sauce and parmesan. Repeat.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350
