2 ­ 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice
3 eggs
1 box vanilla wafers
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients until smooth. Line small baking cups with  vanilla  wafers.  Spoon  cream  cheese  mixture  over  vanilla wafers. 
Bake at 350º F. for 15 ­ 20 minutes. Cool and top with filling.
Freezes well without topping.
