1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced
Svedka Clementine vodka
Cheesecloth

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced pineapple in glass jar and pour in the vodka. Let sit for 10 days.

Remove the pineapple slices and place in a cheesecloth. Over a bowl, squeeze all excess juices from the pineapple slices and then discard.

Combine the vodka and excess pineapple juice together and store in vodka bottles in refrigerator.

This is a personal favorite for Uncle Jim who nicknamed the beverage "Liquid Gold." When squeezing the pineapple slices in the cheesecloth, he is very careful not to spill a drop because it is so precious - hence the nickname.
