1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
4 T. flour
4 T. peach Jello mix
1 c. water
4 c. peaches, pitted peeled and sliced

For the crust, mix the flours, butter and chopped nuts. Press into a 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread on the cooled crust and refrigerate.

In a medium sauce pan mix 1 c. sugar, 4 T. flour, 4 T. peach Jello mix and 1 c. water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Stir often. Cool completely. Arrange the peaches over the cream cheese layer. Pour the Jello mixture over the peaches. Refrigerate overnight.
