1 can whole cranberries, drain well but retain juice
1 large can crushed pineapple, drain well but retain juice
2 small pkgs. raspberry Jello
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the juices from cranberries and pineapple and combine to make 2 cups. If not enough juice, add enough water to make 2 cups. Bring to a boil. Add the Jello and stir well. Let stand until cool. Add pineapple and cranberries and let set. In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Add nuts, if desired. Spread on the set Jello.

This is my all time favorite cranberry dessert at Thanksgiving. Gloria always leaves me the leftovers! It's awesome!
