1 pkg. of lemon cake mix
½ c. of melted Parkay (light)
1 egg
1 tub of lemon frosting
1 8 oz. pkg, of cream cheese (light)
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease a 13x9 inch pan.
Mix cake mix, Parkay, and egg with mixer. Spread into pan.
Open frosting and put ¾ of the tub in a small bowl. Set aside.
Put the remaining frosting, ⅔ of the cream cheese, and 2 eggs into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour onto cake mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until light brown.
Remove and cool,
Mix remaining cream cheese and frosting well and spread on top.
Cut into squares and serve.
