Club Steaks
Butcher grade black pepper
Kosher salt
Truffle salt
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dry the meat with paper towels and lay out the pieces of meat on the table. Smear oil on the side of the meat. Coat the meat with black pepper, salt and truffle salt. Apply to the other side as well.
Grill each piece for 4 minutes, then turn the piece 50. Flip after 8 minutes and and repeat.

Put it in the oven on 200 for 1 hour before Serving
